We work with a diverse range clients. We serve individuals as well as large and small businesses, including fashion brands, entertainment companies, hospitality and more. If you have a creative project, we’re here to help!
Can you handle large-scale events?
Yes, we have extensive experience in producing large-scale events and fashion shows, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
How far in advance should I submit an inquiry?
For small projects, we recommend submitting an inquiry at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger productions, please reach out at least 3 weeks before the desired execution date. Anything under these parameters will result in a $250 rush fee being added to your service.

If I am a returning customer, am I required to fill out the mandatory consultation form?
Yes, because that’s how we track inquiries and schedule appointments. It ensures we have all the updated information for your project.
Why is there a $50 fee for a consultation?
The consultation fee covers the time and expertise of our team in understanding your project, brainstorming ideas, and providing initial guidance. This fee ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources to give your project the attention it deserves and will go towards your deposit once booked.
What is your payment process?
We require a 30- 50% deposit of the project cost to initiate the planning phase. The remaining balance is due by agreed increments upon the completion and execution of the project. This structure helps us allocate the necessary resources to your project from the start and ensures a smooth and efficient process.
What if I am late with a payment without prior communication?
Timely payments are crucial for us to maintain project schedules and allocate resources efficiently. If a payment is late without prior communication, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied for every week the payment is overdue. Continuous delays may result in a temporary suspension of services until the payment is received.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms vary by percentage based on the scope and nature of the project. We’ll provide a detailed quote and payment schedule during the consultation phase.
Where can I leave feedback regarding service?
You can leave feedback by filling out this form here. Clients can receive up to %10 off next booking when filling out feedback form. This discount can be combined with our referral program.
How does the new client discount code work?
All new clients are entitled to a 20% discount on their first project with us. Please fill out inquiry form to confirm client status.
Do you do referrals?
Yes, we offer a 15% referral discount. The discount is applied to the client who referred new clients once the referred client’s project is completed.
